Green &intelligent Waste tire Pyrolysis Process

 

Thermal cracking of waste tires refers to breaking polymers with unsaturated bonds in the main chain and unsaturated bonds under anaerobic or oxygen-deficient conditions and appropriate temperatures. The products are mainly monomers, dimers and fragments, and the products are regenerated The process of polymerizing into various olefins, thereby removing volatile substances and forming solid carbon, the products are mainly fuel oil, pyrolysis gas, crude carbon black, and steel wire.

 

The Pyrolysis products are including, oil, steel and carbon black. Fuel oil, steel, and crude carbon black are no longer processed and are directly sold to downstream enterprises as products for use. The pyrolysis non-condensable gas is purified and desulfurized and then recovered to be used for burning and heating in the pyrolysis reactor.

The essence of pyrolysis is to heat organic macromolecules to dissociate them into small molecules for precipitation. In this process, the reactions carried out in different temperature ranges are different, the product composition is also different, the organic matter composition is different, and the starting temperature of the whole pyrolysis process is also different. As a result, the pyrolysis process is complicated, and the temperature control is relatively strict.

The thermal stability of organic matter depends on the formation of bonding bonds and the size of the bond energy of the atoms that make up the molecule. The large bond energy is difficult to break, and its thermal stability is high; the small bond energy is easy to decompose, and its thermal stability is low. The yield of pyrolysis products depends on the chemical structure, physical form of the feedstock, and the temperature and rate of pyrolysis.

The tire pyrolysis temperature of the tire refining equipment produced by Rv-tech is 500ºC. The pyrolysis kettle adopts the technology of heating outside the furnace, micro-negative pressure, and oxygen-lean pyrolysis. The micro-negative pressure can ensure that the gas in the furnace does not leak out and improve the thermal cracking efficiency. At the same time, the main process parameters of the pyrolysis equipment (pyrolysis temperature, operating pressure, etc.) realize interlocking adjustment control, which fundamentally eliminates the unsafe hidden danger and secondary pollution caused by gas leakage during the production process.
