Recycling Technique:

1.  Place the unqualified rubber products and production leftovers on the open mill after selecting, cleaning, removing sundries, drying and cutting into small pieces, break them with small roll pitch (≤0.2mm), and make them be powder after selection and classification.
2.  Refine the rubber powder and the RDS rubber reclaiming Chemical on the open mill for 15-30 min with roll temperature below 50ºC. Corresponding softener can be added according to the condition, and after mill running and sheeting, the revived rubber can be got.
