1. Pulverize and mix waste rubber scraps or rubber powder on a specialized kneading machine, add 0.5 parts of rubber regeneration additive RV-RB (semi-high temperature aid), 10-15 parts of softening oil, knead to 120 ° C, and discharge cool down. 2. Put the mixed rubber powder into the Mechanochemical reactor of rubber screw refining machine MRSRM, and cool after reaction. 3. Enter the mill (refiner) and output the rubber sheet, complete. The whole production process does not require heating, the temperature is below 120°C, there is no waste gas and wastewater pollution, the replasticized rubber has no smell, and the Mooney viscosity is low, which truly realizes green recycling. Technique Process
First, Put the rubber powder, RV-RB,softened oil and resin into a special kneader, mix and knead for 10-15 minutes, and discharge when the temperature reaches 150 °C. Second,The discharge material enters the conveying screw to be cooled in the cold mixer and parked. Third,After cooling and parking, directly enter the screw refiner (MRSRM) to refine for one time, and then enter the ordinary refiner to produce chips to complete the regeneration process. Fourth, It is also possible to add rubber vulcanization aids after discharge from the screw refiner and mix them in the internal mixer, and then directly vulcanize them into solid tires or rubber sheets.
