Technique Process:
Firstly, crushing the rubber powder on mills to minimum size, and then take the finished materials by sakron to the high mesh vibrating screen,and then devided them into 60,80, and 100mesh fine rubber powder, the bigger size rubber powder was take back to the mills to be crshed again.
Technique Advantages:
i) Roller temperature controlled below 100 ºC, which can meet the applications of modified asphalt, recycled rubber and shoes products and etc.
ii)Output of a single machine is 5-8 times that of the grinding disc crusher.
