Technique characteristics

Technique principle

By the integrated control program, the prefabricated rubber powder is automatically and mechanically sheared, and the physical phenomenon of thermal energy generated by the rubber powder-rubber powder, and rubber powder-equipment mechanical shearing during the operation of the shearing and grinding process is used to obtain the physically activated function of the rubber powder.

 

Activation process

The normal temperature rubber powder is conveyed into the closed activation equipment through a screw, and through mechanical shearing and friction, the rubber powder reaches the condition that meets the requirements of the set activation temperature during the controllable shearing and grinding process and generates heat for activation. After activation, The rubber powder enters the cooling device for rapid stirring and cooling through temporary parking, and the activated rubber powder is mixed and extruded through the special mixing and kneading equipment, and the activated rubber powder reaching normal temperature is output by the cooling transmission and conveying equipment. The output activated rubber powder has become an activated rubber material, and the performance and appearance of the activated rubber material already possess or reach the effect of 5-6 refining times in a traditional conventional refining machine.

Features
